1- Processing times:
- Current processing times are 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated on the listing. Processing time is the amount of time I need in order to fill your order before it can be mailed out.
- Domestic : Orders within the USA usually take 3-5 days to arrive with tracking, Once items are in the hands of the postal service we do not have control over them, delays can occur in the postal system. Orders mailed without tracking can take 3-7 days to arrive.
- International : Orders outside of the USA usually take 10-14 days to arrive with tracking. Once items are in the hands of the postal service we do not have control over them, delays can occur in the postal system. Orders mailed without tracking can take 2-6 weeks to arrive.
3- Return policy
- Returns must be contacted about within 48 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping charge to return all items new and unused. Custom items cannot be returned.
4- Refund / cancelation policy
- Cancelations / refunds must be made with 24 hours of order purchase. Custom items cannot be refunded or canceled.

6- Wrong shipping address
- Please email us if the shipping address on your order is wrong as soon as possible so we can correct it. Once the order has been shipped it is out of our hands and we will not be able to change the address for you.
7- Custom orders
- Email us regarding any custom items and we can work towards making it a reality for you!
8- Coupon policy
- Coupon codes cannot be combined, coupons also cannot combine with other sales, or sale codes. All shop credit earnings also do not combine with other coupons / codes.
9- Foil color variations
Foil colors may vary per sheet. Foil colors are outsourced and not made in home. Due to the material of the foil there may be slight variation in foiled sheets.
